On 26th November 2025 ARD organized a Constitution Day Awareness Program for the Yanadi Tribal Community at Parlapalli Village, Vidavalur Mandal
The meeting focused on:
Indian Constitution & Fundamental Rights
Tribal welfare programs & entitlements
Livelihood schemes, housing benefits, education support
Access to various government welfare schemes for Yanadi families
Chief Guest:
Smt. Vemireddy Prasanthi Reddy garu, MLA, Kovuru Constituency
Guests of Honour:
Smt. Nagesh Kumari garu, MPDO, Vidavalur
Sri Chandra Sekhar garu, Tahsildar
Sri Prem Kumar garu, APO, NREGS
Other line department officials, MPTCs, Sarpanches, and Yanadi tribal community leaders also participated and extended their support.
All the dignitaries explained in detail about government schemes, how Yanadi families can access Aadhaar, ration cards, job cards, pensions, housing schemes, education support, health schemes, and livelihood opportunities.
Cyclone Relief Support β Montha Cyclone
As part of the program, dry ration kits were distributed to 535 poor Yanadi families affected by the recent Montha Cyclone in Vidavalur Mandal.
